E! gotta believe you are right. The stochastics are looking good, but now the RSI is moving quickly towards the 50 mark, and the MACD looks like it could be dragged over the line in another day or two... beta.iqc.com I doubt I will EVER regret "flip floppin" on this one <g> //ot// veco... I confess to being baffled on that old favorite... I really want to be back in the stock, but something always comes up -- and today is a really miserable hit....don't know what it will take for a sustained recovery now...but I'm going to watch it closely. Unless Wolf begins to like it, it will be back in the portfolio before Oct. OTOT QWST...another of my old favorites.. Sorry about the hit there, E!... But past evidence leads me to believe that you are almost never wrong--- but frequently early. So I ran some numbers on QWST and I get earnings around $3.00 within 5 years, and worth a PE above 30...so, a price of 90 in 5 years. What's that worth to the market on a discounted PV basis to the market today?... Oh, Shane would love this problem.... OK, my TI shoots back a price of 54.7, using a discount rate of 10 percent ( I used a low risk rate, because QWST has a "shoo-in" business for much of it's fiber).. So something is wrong with the current price of QWST, IMHO... E! was likely right -- but early? tso
