lets get this clear, they raised the offering by 10 million, that means the float has increased by something like 25% to 42 million.
In the case of shares outstanding, there are at least 365 million shares outstanding, if they did increase the shares outstanding to 375 million, thats like a 2.7 percent increase, really irrelevant. the point is, they didn't increase the shares outstanding, they increased the shares offered which is equal to the float or the amount of shares available to trade and does not affect the market cap at all. and to why you wouldn't buy etrade istead, like I said, I'd choose etrade any day but TWE seems to a real hot issue judging by the demand
