tci...refurbished ideas... much to the chagrin of most dell "blind faith loyalists", i can see no business logic, even if it is just "image" for a ceo who wants to have a $130b company in five years to even entertain the thought of refurbishing equipment...if it is a prerequisite for dell to accept returns of off lease units, i believe they should evaluate why this is a requirement of the lease. most corporations have internal asset recovery departments. vendors prefer to "scrap" obsolete off lease equipment.
