Bill,

I listened to the CCSI CC this morning and I feel I was in the twilight zone.

"Us" against the shorts, short raids, 24x7 work days. I truly have never heard a CC like this.

What's with the analysts referring to CCSI as "we" and "us"???? Aren't they supposed to be objective third parties?

Speaking of P&D, I received an unsolicited fax today from Chris Scoggin of Chris Scoggin & Assoc., Houston, TX, promoting American Champion Entertainment (ACEI). I have read about this somewhere on SI before. The company is producing 20 episodes of of a PBS show called "Adventures with Kanga Roddy", Pat Morita is the star of the show, Joe Montana and Ronnie Lott are the executive producers and the creators are Anthony Chan and George Chung. I assume you know the first three names, but what are the credentials of the latter two that should serve to inspire investors confidence? Why they are both in the Black Belt Hall of Fame.

So why is this going to be a big money making project? After mentioning Star Wars, George Lucas, Barney , Teletubbies, and Sesame Street he explains that the secret is the merchandising that is going to be carried off by "bringing in some VERY significant industry personnel with billions of dollars worth of merchandising campaigns under their belt."

He then brazenly admits that with a float of 3.5 million (it traded 1.2 million on Monday and nearly reached $2.50 after starting June at $1 quicken.excite.com ) that Scoggin & Assoc. perform "consulting services" for ACEI and that, beginning in June, 1999, are to receive 600,000 shares plus warrants for 500,000 more of unregistered common stock.

In the same newsletter he is promoting something called Entertainment Internet Inc. (EINI) and Scoggin & Assoc. hold 1,000,000 shares of unregistered stock in that entity.

Sounds like this guy has borrowed John Liviakis's business plan. You can check out his picks at www.stocktalknews.com . Click around and you can find the full text of the fax he sent me. Worth watching for his picks to rise above $5 it seems to me.
