richard, we are close, re-entered with 1/2 position in NEM Tuesday at 17 7/16...If we get a genuine reversal today near 16 11/16, will fill rest of my position....

Richard,
I see Maxam has posted a clarification of the 30 million and an announcement of the COC drilling to be redone on their web page, that may help all to understand what happened or is happening at Maxam. It will sure help to see some good numbers on the new COC. I just hope it doesn't take several month to do again.
