Bill, Concentric is one of the smaller few customers that RBAK has. Its single largest customer is UUNET which accounts for almost half of total revenue. Because RBAK has no written agreement with UUnet or any of its customers, can you imagine the impact on its top line, bottom line, and stock price if UUnet decides to switch to RBAK's competitors? Look at CIEN, Sprint had a written agreement with Ciena, and just a forewarning of Sprint's desire to use a second supplier and relying less on Ciena, sent CIEN stock tumbling down 90%, dropping from $90 to single digits over the hot summer months last year.

Regards,

Tom
