Scott, CMGI stock is going to take a hit tomorrow. 2B is not chump change. This is a reverse of CMGI's business model and is not going to bode well with investors. On the other hand CPQ investors will love this, 2B in cash for this asset is terrific for them. You have to ask yourself a question as what kind of Profit can CMGI really turn on Alta Vista for a purchase price of 2B. This is No YHOO. I fully expect CMGI to IPo Alta Vista now, they financially have to and I am sure this is their intention BIG TIME, so the Insiders can become even richer with another ridiculous stock valuation in Alta Vista. Hmm..a turning point in CMGI is always a interesting occourence, and by this I mean rather than buying a company for cheap with vision, they are buying a very expensive company for a LOT of Dough, this could be a big downfall for CMGI, but give them credit for the balls they are showing in this deal! $Mogul
