3com I think you have a valid point....I never liked the company in the past because I viewed it as just a modem maker....but I think palm computers have room for growth and innovation. I think COMS could do well if it moves into cable modems and DSL. I believe the company has bottomed and should do better the next 12 mos. Not sure it's a good takeover candidate. But,I personally believe it should use it's size to grow through acquisitions and expand it's product lines. That would encourage me to hold the stock. I still believe any upward advance will be slow. I'm still sticking w/ Lucent and Cisco.....more bang for the buck. But they're not really value stocks are they?
