Softbank and NTT Data Communications have teamed up with US based IDT to provide international telephone services across the internet. Pricing was not announced but services could begin as early as September.

well, i read this carefully, what a coincidence, NTT
but, it seems to me that it is an announcement
and i don't want to conclude that the service is operational, nor profitable
