Do u have more than one phone line? Personaly I'd keep trying to log on with my computer but its a gamble either way, Its possible that the phone rep may not be able to help

I got the message as well. What a great way to irritate your best customers. It's very much what I've grown to expect from this company. What is curious is that if the system stays down, those who reconfirmed may get very large allocations. I would think that the stock will have some pop tomorrow. If only because TWE's customers will have a bunch of shares and would be less than happy if they ended up underwater after all the trouble. Does anybody know how many shares were allocated to TWE?
