t2k:Jackson is like AG he sees himself as the savior of something. AG will save us from inflation as if the marketplace couldn't do that on its own and Jackson will save the world from MSFT becoming too successful. Both have painted themselves into a corner that forces them to act inappropriately or lose face. Every time these demigods will save face no matter what the cost. There is no doubt that MSFT will prevail. The only thing that will save Jackson is a settlement but their is little likelihood of that because of the fact that their really isn't a reasonable middle ground since the gov'ts. position does not give it the power it needs to exact their ambitious remedies.
