Bob Geiger seemed young and not too experienced to me. I asked how everyone would be informed of the CC (only a few of us are on SI).
I told him we were usually informed by fax in advance. He didn't seem to know that. And there were some private investors who asked questions as I recall, altho not many. How will this work? We just log in and wait for a response? How do they respond? All at once?
Questions, Geiger seemed to think, would have to be in writing. My feeling is they couldn't possibly get complete answers. Since I didn't see how this could be done effectively, someone (he? me?) thought of email, but what to we need CC's for if that's the avenue?. I had my own firm in the PR biz for many years and they could be doing this a lot better, even if hogtied.

Hi Bob,

I want to lend you my ear.....there's something that's a little disconcerting to me right now. As an astute shareholder recently reminded me, Lev did say on a previous cc that he was not allowed to make any material announcements on a cc, they have to be done via press release. So that gives him just 3 days to do it before the cc.

Now, the company was 'officially' out of money 3 months ago, so they must be flying on a wing and a prayer by now, even if they've drawn down the $7.5 Mil Berg had committed. So I would think they have to at least announce some kind of financing deal this week.

If nothing is announced, and he can't say anything material on the cc, then we could see a quick trip to the basement for the stock once again, triggering scores of margin calls and all that. Especially if all we get is something to the effect that "things are going well, but it's up to the OEM's and I have no control over them".
Please Lev, let's have some REAL news this time!

Even an old bull like me can get a little antsy at times like this.
