Otoh, recently Datek improved.

Lightning fast executions, no hassle with MMs, best to trade high liquid stock on ISLD. Commission policy is ok.

I was one of the Datek critics, but recently (last few weeks) I can say they improved. ...

Only thing is the limited availability of shortable stocks, and the margin policy - many stocks are set to Non Marginable, although the criteria are diffuse.

PLEASE Datek, remove the No-Margin criterium for MALL (Creative Computers), they are no longer the high flying internut

servers crashing on a regular basis, lost money, lost wired money, not recieving money withdrawn, dbl orders, crappy short list
