Wal-Mart would be in deep trouble in front of this judge. There is an idea for K-mart etc.. to consider seeking the help of the DOJ, who would be happy to assist. <g>

What about IBM's antitrust case in the 60's ? They had to make a lot of concessions because they hurt their competitors and by extension, their customers. Its not as simple a case as say, knifing two people at their front door, but in the end Microsoft will pony up. They will pay out of the petty cash box no doubt.

This is the key point. I wonder if the crying babies like Sun, Netscape know this.

With news of the final witness's on the stand this week in the DOJ vs. MSFT trial, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

The technical chart still looks positive too
