Yep its SEC time....

They have already been informed. I would encourage everyone concerned about this to contact them.

Have to ask...

When the slight "share imbalance" (COUGH) finally comes to light as to how many, etc., and where the imbalance lies, will they end up halting the stock, and does anyone have any idea on how long that might take? I've seen stocks halted for "share imbalance" before, but for the most part, it has been only temporarily, so I don't think it was for as significant amount that has been rumored???? What can we possibly expect in a case where millions upon million of shares are "phantom"

Any ideas out there..

TIA

Ginny
