Mohan-san, You are quite right that we do not have the details of this auction. We are just observing the reaction of top management during the past 6 months when Dell is under pressure, and the stock never recovers. I agree with edamo , that Mickey should come out swinging like Gertsner. Look how that bulldog came out, took charge and see where IBM is right now. Dell has probably been buying back stock - QUIETLY -. Compare that to IBM which trumpeted to the whole world that it has authorized several billion dollars for stock buy back. Best regards Paul
