It has been suggested to me by sources close to the company that it would greatly aid in Medinah's action to bust the short position if in addition to registering your Medinah Gold shares that everyone would call their brokers and request that their certificates for their MDHM shares be sent to them also.

If your shares are in a retirement account, they are safe there, and you need take no action. Another way to make sure that your shares are not available for shorting is to have your broker place them in safe keeping if this type of service is available at your brokerage. If this option is not available, your shares should be safe in a cash account, but the surest way to keep your shares out of the hands of shorters would be to request they be sent to you.

At the very least, everyone should absolutely call their broker and make sure that none of your MDHM shares are held in a margin account. At that time you could discuss what options are available to you to protect your shares, and if there would be any problem encountered or expense incurred if you call in your certs. Each brokerage has different rules regarding this; so, BE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT IS INVOLVED BEFORE YOU REGISTER -- that's very important!

The form below was provided to me if you wish to call in your shares or place them in local safekeeping.

Could you please have all of the shares of both Medinah Mining and Medinah Gold that I have in my account at your firm registered in my name and either kept in your safekeeping "segregated" account or mailed to my address if your firm doesn't have a safekeeping account. I definitely need the certificates in my name, however, I will provide you with the necessary power of attorney when I whish to sell. The CUSIP number of Medinah Mining (OTC:BB-MDHM) is 584894109.
