the web pages i refer to are those that ibm sets up for small businesses, so the small business can conduct their own e-commerce using ibm software and ibm off site servers..they charge a monthly fee...has nothing to do with the web page set up by dell to do business with dell...

Dell does offer such a package. An announcement concerning this services package was made last week, I believe. Check Yahoo Dell news for last week or so to find source.
