I talked to Jhgklm of AOL who used to post on the Motley Fool board there. He thinks it would be wise to spin off the holding company with a new name and symbol (and possibly a new exchange) while Ampex Data becomes AXC. What do you think, would this work? Sounds like a good idea to me.

PS: What do you think the new name would be? Since this is a turn around play what about ExAmp?
