This is where we part company Steve. I whole heartedly believe people have the right to go short, long sell options etc. However, one MUST hold a securities license to advise that others make a specific recommendation with regard to a security. Furthermore, to do it in a medium such as the internet (in all 50 states)) one would need to be licensed under Blue Sky (series 65) in all 50 states..period. No if ands or buts.
