The timing of this latest in Crafty's crusade is interesting. It comes the day after the secondary is priced. CKFR gets all their money from the offering, but CKFR investors get hammered at a time when there are a couple million more shares floating around. CKFR investors include some of the big boys who just joined the club. They cannot be very happy about this. What seems strange to me, though, is if Crafty is out to hurt CKFR (he is involved intimately with Princeton E-com's IPO), why not release this news (personal commentary) before the secondary is priced, and keep the money out of CKFR's hands? Does anyone know the history of why Crafty dislikes CKFR so much? Has he always been negative toward the company?
