I don't think BLS would sell their shares. They made a long term strategic investment, looking forward to the day when they, as an RBOC, can legally own a LD carrier. That would require that they allow LD carrier equal access to their (BLS's) clients in their territory. Until that condition is reached, BLS, or any RBOC, cannot own a LD carrier. I strongly believe that BLS will comply with that condition soon (6 months) and then will buy the rest of QWST. Hopefully including FRO and USW. larry
