Ever since I learned about OTC and met you I can't tell right from wrong.

Would you believe I met a guy tonight in my apartment complex, an entrepreneur, who just got a big telcom contract in Africa and is looking for an OTC for a reverse merger. Hmmm, should I recommend you-know-what company?
