From what I understand, he is: o A US Citizen o No one has any evidence that he is a spy o He has not been charged with anything o He has no motives to spy for China (He was born in Taiwan) o He has not received any compensation for spying (the FBI can testify to that) o He has cooperated with the FBI in the past and has provided information about Chinese Scientists o He has voluntarily taken a lie dector test - and passed o He has allegedly moved secret computer files from secured computers to unsecured computers where he made changes to the files (as part of his work) and renamed the files as per convention. All this, I beleive while he was under surveillance. The Witch Hunters want us to beleive that Chinese spies were able to download these files without detection. Yet almost every news media (Radio, TV, Internet, newspapers, and magazines) has called him a spy. There are people in SI who have stated they want him shot. I think there should be Lawyers that could take his case pro bono (or more likely on contingency) and sue the Media for tons of money.
