In the summertime heat is a pure loss of energy. I also is a great deteriorator of components--electronics, rubber, plastics, etc.

Fuller........If you have suitable components then the heat does not have to be bad. Its possible that this heat can be used to strip hydrogen out of gasoline or diesel. PEM cells..because they run so much cooler cannot use gasoline. They will require an additional piece of equipment called a reformer. Right now they are expensive and may not be perfected in using gasoline. Down the road if GLE was to make a 5-7kw unit for home electrical generation..the heat would be a bonus for hot water heating. Pem cells make enough waste heat for a single home so SOFC can also ...except there would be alot more heat available. Maybe you could heat your sidewalks...treehouse....doghouse..>>ggg<<......raisin
