23, 24, 25, 28, 29 ,30, 2, 5, 6, 7 Not far away my friend. At least you made me look at the dates with that last post. Some very interesting days in there. IE. Canada Day has a very very short week. First week of july equals ONLY the friday.

Fix Not here to argue or criticize, or even comment on what you have done, but I am puzzled when you say don't base decisions on Views wxpressed on SI, Then you list 10 reasons for your decision and most of them seem to relate to people and views from SI, and the others to the Vancouver brokerage community. As far as I can see your reasons are all subjective, and I can't seem to agree with them. As long as we keep ourselves from unrealistic expectations I believe we are in good shape for rising m,arket values. The old saying of "If it ain't broke dom't Fix it" In this case I think being short is dangerously close to being broke. But Good luck in your ventures anyway. Just my take on the subject.
