True. They are simply facts.

Also, there is no such thing as a "right" to any level of education, nor for that matter a "right" to health care. Real rights end where the violation of other's rights begins.

As you know, I agree with you on this issue of rights. However, the discussion revolved around what may be essential to a civilized society today. Would you deny that a society may determine that in order to function optimally, its members need a certain level of education and in this sense the members could be said to have a right?
