Pugs' posts are certainly incredible, aren't they?! <gg> From the moment I see his name until the moment I click <next>, I am convulsed with hysterical laughter. Someday, I intend reading them.

Well, bob, you really need to read the entire AZNT thread to understand Pugs. Or just ask Janice, she understands his elk quite well.

It is an interesting question though. My position is that it is impossible to libel an anonymous poster, and that the court should take great latitude in assuming that a poster using a handle is, in fact, anonymous even if his name is posted somewhere in the database.

even though in the court transcripts (from the AZNT federal case) I requested the court to forbid bashers from posting it on S.I.

Yeah, and the Court blew Pugs off. Isaac Montal's response to his remark was really quite funny.

Note for others: Pugs tried to get hundreds of pages of SI posts introduced into evidence. Again, the judge blew him off. AND in his testimony, for some reason it was never made clear that Pugs distributes AZNT products; he represented himself, as usual, as "just a shareholder".

my home number was volleyed about

Sure was: it was posted by Pug's buddy DS Petry, who later tried to claim his "mistake" was "accidental".

Pugs has a very hard time keeping facts straight, as AZNT veterans well know.

And just a reminder, "bob": Pugs spent days sending me obscene and threatening emails last September. I have copies. I don't think a jury would care much for the content. The guy's got an amazingly foul mouth.
