The servers crashing may be a sign that lots of individual Waterhouse customers are in this one, and they are unlikely to flip their shares due to the 60 day holding requirement. I also confirmed over the phone, and they said they would call early tomorrow morning to tell me how many shares (if any) I've been allocated.

I expected to get a token 100 shares instead I got 300 shares. I have less than 200K in Waterhouse. Everyone I know got 200~400 shares. It seems that TWE is not as hot as most people wished.
