Please get over yourself SEC has nothing to do with blue sky laws. I dare you Mr Nasdaq provide the EDGAR hyperlink to such rule -- It does not exist -- otherwise don't talk (or type).

I am big brother my friend. Sleep on that.

Giving out stock picks over the net is a dicey issue. Slime-balls like Tokyo Joe and the 15 year old swine make their money from their drones, and the SEC seems to be looking at this very closely. T-Joe was investigated, and I have first hand knowledge of the SEC looking at the Miller brat.

Where do they draw the line though? If I say, "I like IDTC here and am buying more", does that mean I need a license? Does the fact that Pinkie has a legion of followers change the interpretation of the SEC regs? Does the fact that he has a rating system (e.g. T3 = turd x 3)?? Does the language he uses make his "picks" actual investment advice? I dont have the answer here, just posing questions.

The only thing I am positive of is that Pinkie is an annoying and pompous sonuvabitch, and so are some of his followers.

(I can just hear the response from them now-"Well if YOU were as big a genius as Mr Pinki, who has never been wrong and is 7 feet tall, YOU'D be pompous too!)
