Which leads to other regulations regarding the do's and don'ts. Blue Sky was an effort to streamline state to state licensing. It also pertains to certain low price securities. The reason I mentioned the 65 and Blue sky is because one must have not only the 65 (in most states)but also pay the annual state fee to be an advisor or broker in that state. Since the Internet reaches all 50 states one should be licensed in all 50 states to be advising stock buys or sells.

I don't really want to get into this. But, what MR. Pink does goes beyond giving an opinion. He issues formal recommendations and reports. Further he does so in an admitted effort to destroy perfectly good companies and manipulate the price of their stock.

THAT is not legal by any stretch.

Also, the disclaimer he offers at the end of his reports would do little to protect him. His obvious intensions are clear.
