Nasdaq 777, from a post of yours on IDTC ..... This is where we part company Steve. I whole heartedly believe people have the right to go short, long sell options etc. However, one MUST hold a securities license to advise that others make a specific recommendation with regard to a security. Furthermore, to do it in a medium such as the internet (in all 50 states)) one would need to be licensed under Blue Sky (series 65) in all 50 states..period. No if ands or buts. I do not understand what you are saying. Are you saying that Mr. Pink advises others to make a specific recommendation with regard to a security.? This makes no sense. If this is your case you need to be more clear about your meaning.
