Now you know why small caps stayed behind in this bull market. Besides outright frauds, small caps have small-minded management. Also, a big cap would have to contend with thousands of well-heeled investors in court if they pulled the kind of crap that small caps do every day.

Judy, LGOV has until Janurary, 2000 to comply and if they are and have already started, then they are smart for this reason!! If you are writing things off at this point, then ok, However, I feel that it is a little bit soon to have your position. I remember last year at 0.07 and the sky was falling, and then all the sudden, we were at 0.75+, and everybody was just happy, happy and happy!! The emotions of any stock market!! Were is Malcolm????
