Looks like a major break is coming one way or the other.
Remember no news brings a selloff with no volume.

Don't forget, I don't really know anything about the sector, so if you have reason to believe that it will move in some direction the P&F stuff may not accurately show the potential. If it was my money, I would wait until it hit $25. But who knows, this may be too late for entry.
