Thank you very much for the information..... I do hope by the time of the "secondary offering" everything that came with WWWC(Net Pirates)etc., hasn't been licensed or transferred to AMC, which PM is a Director and we are left with a stock trading on the "Pink Sheets" for .01.....Too bad about St. James, we should have been notified of its status earlier as it was one of the reasons I invested in WWWC. Not much we could have done, but would have known if WWWC was receiving any cash flow from the Casino.
