Bilow, thanks for your comments. I definitely agree with you about pattern recognition. As a professional computer programmer for 20 yrs I always looked for patterns when debugging programs. Any program bug that could be duplicated - repeatable pattern - could be solved. That is what made think I could do trading - my ability to spot patterns. However, I have a lot of homework and soul-searching to do. The first question I must answer is what kind of trader am I - day or position? If I can't answer that question I can't trade.
