CKFR will just have to charge a large per payment transaction fee on the pay-anyone paper cut checks (to counter any cherry-picking). It may also be advisable to make those three banks the only exceptions to the free trial service. Maybe a joint antitrust suit with Transpoint against the "Exchange" is also in order (Gates would enjoy being on the other side of this one). Business makes strange bedfellows! My tongue is so far in my cheek I may need a blowtorch to get it out.
