At the Black-Eyed Pea, a chain, you can also get "Chicken-Fried Chicken Tenders", which are the big muscles of the breast meat, boneless and batter fried. Not at all like something from McDonald's, it's quite a delicacy. And, no offense, but I can't imagine ever wanting to be "Texxin." I've lived in Louisiana, and Virginia, and I would like to live in Florida, on the Gulf shore, but I'll stick to visiting Texas, thank you.
