[OT] anyone know WHEN this IPO is?

"MP3.com IPO aims to raise up to $99 million," Bloomberg News
news.com
MP3.com plans to set a price for its initial public offering that would give the company an implied market value of almost $700 million. The company hopes to sell 9 million common shares at $9 to $11 each and will reserve up to 1.8 million of the IPO shares for sale to artists, customers, and business associates (they will pay the same price as the public). The article notes that MP3.com has more than 80,000 songs from more than 14,000 artists available at its Web site. MP3.com hired Credit Suisse First Boston, Hambrecht & Quist, BancBoston Robertson Stephens, and Charles Schwab to underwrite the offering. The company wants its shares to trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol "MPPP."
