Good morning Frank. I am not quite as upset with the FED as you are. I just don't like this continuous talk from all those FED's. In the long run A.G. has still been one of the best FED chairmen. We are still the No.1 economy in the world. And you know the saying: The Fed giveth, the Fed taketh. gg. Yes, I agree with those economists who don't agree that a rate hike is necessary. Now the pundits are calling for an even greater than 25 basis point increase. Let's wait and see what next Tuesday will bring. There is still talk out there for a 12,000 DOW by the end of the year. And I think we will have to live with volatility in the markets for a long time to come. Things are changing and day trading is pretty strong right now. Even a lot of money managers are participating.

The market was holding up this morning but seems to have the midday blues now. Let's hope it will turn around again.

Intel is acting great in the last 2 days despite this sell off.

I was mentioning yesterday that information technology will be the thing of the future. Techs, telecoms and the internet will be the new tomorrow. LU is going against the grain today. Here is another article on information. EDS seems to be getting a lot of contracts lately and even IT is down. So, a lot of profit taking everywhere. It will pass.

Do you have EMC? It got a little competition and is also experiencing a little profit taking. I am still debating if I should take the plunge now or wait a bit longer after this IBM news came out. Bill H. thinks it's old news. Yes, kind of. But a cpl things have changed in IBM's strategy. Maybe IBM could be a good buy. Decisions, decisions. See, I keep myself busy with trying to fig. out what I will buy next. Never mind our wealth eroding. I am trying to get there. gg.
