The way I see it Gustave, Russian role is to provoke NATO confrontation with Albanians by insisting on disarmement and acting on "tips" where weapons or illegal activity might be..Since no one believe that KLA is going to "disarm" than their chances are good... At any rate if NATO takes on Albanians even in a measured way, than the mission becomes so complicated and so much worse than Somalia that it is difficult to imagine...This fiasco is only in early stages...Good for Clinton that he is retiring... Blair and Schroeder soon to follow, no doubt
