Top, I glanced through their prospectus about 1 AM...

...and must agree. I didn't do the test on it like you did, but immediately saw: a long distance company losing money; just getting into DSL and counting on that to bail them out; competes with the big boys like AT&T and MCI; has a lot of debt and plans to use IPO money to buy back some of its preferred stock. It just doesn't look good to me.

I feel so stupid for confirming. I took it on one acct because I was passed up for ARBA and GSPN. I needed an IPO fix. I didn't expect a huge pop but certainly better than $.50. At least I know I'm not alone as there are LOTS of shareholders in the same boat.

PS: Nice breakdown on NPLS. I'll have to rethink taking it. I usually take all the GS IPOs I can get.
