TV onthe WEB and MAST International Announce the Community Action Channel On the TV onthe WEB Network

WASHINGTON, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- TV onthe WEB, the first interactive, community-based television network on the web and a strategic partner of Ampex Corp. (Amex: AXC), today announced the launch of the Community Action Channel, to be underwritten by MAST International of Port Orchard, Washington.

The Community Action Channel on the TV onthe WEB Network at www.tvontheweb.com, will provide a venue for organizations involved in civic support efforts to build awareness and grow membership and revenue bases through live webcasts and on-line e-commerce. In addition, the channel will provide archived and interactive access to MAST International's database of CATS (Community Action Team Support) training and information materials designed to assist communities in establishing a full spectrum of innovative outreach programs.

"Through sponsorships from concerned businesses and other organizations in each community, the Community Action Channel shall feature interactive, live and archivable video programming that will facilitate positive reinforcement of groups dedicated to strengthening the bonds between those that need help in the community and those that can help the community," stated Dave Gardy, Chairman and Co-CEO of TV onthe WEB, Inc.
