That is just a portion ... heck I have not finished going through my database yet. United Leisure Corp. Subsidiary United Internet Technologies Announces Pact With AT&T WorldNet Service Business Editors & High-Tech Writers LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 1999--United Internet Technologies Inc.(UIT), a wholly owned subsidiary of United Leisure Corp., (OTC BB:UTDL) Wednesday announced that it has reached an agreement with AT&T WorldNet(R) Service (NYSE:T) to bundle UIT video software with AT&T WorldNet Service, the leading Internet service provider. UIT creates proprietary video-enabled Web sites, or enhanced versions of existing Web sites, to be used by licensees and joint ventures to create applications for the entertainment, travel, shopping, corporate and education markets. UIT's applications marry the World Wide Web with the user's local computer on CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs or disk drives. These technologies allow users to play broadcast-quality, full-motion video content by clicking on an icon in a Web page. The video content appears and can be played full screen or in smaller windows, or can be stopped and started. An additional feature allows site operators to place video on top of Web pages, which permits programming whereby full-motion video of talent can be placed on an active Web page. The AT&T WorldNet Service agreement will allow UIT to participate in revenues AT&T WorldNet Service receives from UIT users who sign up for the AT&T WorldNet Service national Internet service. "We are very excited to join with AT&T WorldNet Service in this mutually beneficial arrangement," said Brian Shuster, president of UIT. "The alliance will provide our licensees with the ability to offer world-class ISP service along with our video technologies. "In addition to offering our licensees and their customers the value of an ISP relationship with AT&T WorldNet Service, we will also reap the added benefit of sharing in the additional revenue generated by those who sign up for WorldNet service through UIT software distribution."
