I guess the halt was because of the large block selling - specialist trying to match orders. No confirmation of the conf call, yet. Well, very likely some kind of announcement is around the corner.

I don't see a halt. But if there is a CC I would speculate that they are getting bad Q2 results out before the K7 announcement.
