This means they must have installed new software and probably new hardware, possibly some kind of a distributed/virtual networking. If this is the case, ideally every query could now be answered by the least busy server. My first impression is a much better response at this time. But I haven't traded yet ... With the 'old' technology, once you had been assigned a server, you had to actively choose another one, even if yours was totally sluggish while other servers could have been idling. Being in the software/clustering technology industry myself, I rather admire the task they must have done. Just imagine, your broker had to install a new telephone system while doing business...
