yeah, i think he has stretched a little too far. granted, there is intent in the law to reduce speculation on borrowed money. but if every owner of stock that has credit card promotional debt and also owns securities is in violation of the law, we have a lot of people in trouble. Wait a sec, what is that, the police are at my door <gggg>.

And I can't believe that the trail of funds makes a difference. I.E., does it matter whether the person used their paycheck to buy stocks and used the promo visa to buy groceries...or whether they used their paycheck to buy groceries and the promo visa to buy stocks. Money is fungible.
