I know but he posted 900 mil. Now I would have a concern over that. no concern over 90 mil @ .07

Just spoke with the IR person for VALH. He told me that the authorized shares for VALH is 900MM. Reason for the high authorized is to prevent any type of hostile takeover of the company. Sort of poison pill effect. They have no plans to sell anymore than the 93,000,000 O/S that are currently out there. Jonathan told me that a PR will be available by the end of next week which will update us on the latest acquisition which will be a cash deal. NO DILUTION OF SHARES WILL HAPPEN FOR THIS PURCHASE!!!
