a 100 point drop if it occurs is not so relevant,,,its done that hundreds of times, yet we are a scant few hundred points from record territory...

why all the drama ?

Ah, there we go. The dow just snapped.

The market makers and specialists were simply hitting all the limit orders- that's the only
thing that was providing any hint of price stability.. how perversely delicious!!

now the bottom has fallen out, -100 here we come!
