Looking at time & sales data from Quotron, the sales appear to be coming in smaller blocks (100-500 shares) while every few minutes I see 400 share blocks at the ask. I even saw a 20,000 share order at the ask a few min ago. Either trading is occuring to fast for the tape to keep up, or someone is quitely accumulating while the smaller guy is panic selling.
